This advertising and direct work for Verizon was among the most successful of 2005/06. The "Scale" mailing (#4) was the single most effective acquisition piece two years in a row. The "Peel" mailing (#5) for consumer retention exceeded expectations by more than 400%, generating a wave of phone calls that made life miserable for Verizon call center operators. A testament to the power of a good offer clearly stated.
